Cake Mix Cookies
I decided to make these last month and never wrote about it. I know, I'm an awful blogger. That or life got in the way. Anyhow, I made some delicious cake batter cookies with my free sample of Country Crock margarine I got from Influenster last month. They're really easy to make and you can pretty much add in whatever you want to make it your own. In fact, I split my batch in half and made a confetti batch and a chocolate chip batch, but I'm focusing on the confetti batch for this post. You will need: 1 yellow butter cake mix (I used Pilsberry) 2 tbs large sprinkles + more for decorating (optional) 1/2 cup margarine or butter ( I used my free from Influenster country crock margarine) 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla Icing (optional) Preheat your oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with wax paper and coat it with cooking spray. Mix all of your ingredients, minus the icing. Scoop out 1 tbs of dough and form a ball. Place them each 2 inches apart.
